The quality of the repairs completed was good on the areas they did; however, an area of the hood was left looking horrible even after being told at initial inspection that it would be repaired.

From an 8 day estimate taking a month and 10 days to complete to being lied to about the condition of the vehicle and being bounced back and forth between the insurance company and carstar, this has been the worst customer service experience that I have had.
