I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very professional & courteous, they explained how the repair process would be done by even showing me specific locations on my car the day I came to sign the work release paperwork. I really enjoyed Steve's Carstar's text message alerts to conveniently update me on the progress. The repairs were completed ahead of the expected date which I appreciated & when I saw my car it looked brand new again inside & out. I also want to mention how thoughtful it was of Carstar to correct an additional tire problem at no cost, that is going above & beyond. Of course I hope to stay out the shop for awhile atleast lol but no question that I would return to their services again if necessary or as a reliable solution for anyone needing reference. Awesome results & a job well done indeed, thanks to all of Steve's Carstar!!!
