I dropped off my 2026 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek to get repaired from a run in with a deer. I get a call today (8/26/26) that someone made an error in the re-assembly, (they took it before it could be painted black on the front). So, instead of waiting until next week to get my vehicle back, we decided to we would just take it like it was. I did ask if they were going to give us a discount on our deductible (we had a $500), they agreed with that arrangement, so we only paid $250. This is the only problem that I have had with carstar.
