We have received several vehicle error messages via our dash control since getting the car back, but, at this time, do not know if they may be linked to any electronic adjustment done by Carstar.

Jason was great upon intake of the car, looked the car over well, and made inquiries with me. Upon pickup of the car, my wife and I saw some scratches / scuff marks, unrelated to the damage we had repaired, on the car. My wife and I discussed two areas, but did not verbally raise a concern with the Carstar employee. I have improved the two areas with wax and light buffing.

Can’t tell it was even damaged. In addition, they noticed two small dents from a previous incident, called and offered to repair it at a reasonable cost. The inside of the car was cleaner than when we dropped it off!
