Overall got my car repaired but had every in person appointment I made get cancelled because I wasnt using insurance. I then used the online quote maker and was significantly underquoted due to the tool being outdated. Finally got a quote and set up a time to drop off my car that would work from my schedule after calling repetedly only to show up the day of my drop off and get told they had deleted all of my information because I took too long to bring my car in (2 weeks so I could borrow a car while mine was in the shop) and none of the parts were ordered like I was told they would be. Day of they made me a new quote and got my information but due to the rushed and confusing drop off not all of the parts that were originally discussed to be replaced were, dispite obvious damage to my grill it was simply resecured to my bumper. Ultimately, my car is mostly fixed in the way I wanted and I appreciate being accommodated last minute when clearly I was not expected however I am hugely unimpressed with the communication between staff and the 2 locations.
