I loved how I was given updates on every phase of the repair. This is the 2nd location of Car Star and this experience was just as amazing, as my first time. I loved how they vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car!! Would chose them again if ever needed. Would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies at the front are awesome! I didn't get their names but they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They gave me a walk-thru on what repairs were done and even had the car cleaned inside and out. The repair crew did an outstanding job! Looks like a new car on what was the damaged side. I hope I won't ever have to, but, if I need to have repairs done, I will definitely take my vehicles to Carstar at 272nd. Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!!

No one wants or expects to have an accident that will involve necessary repairs. But I was greatful for Carstar at 272nd to make that experience stress free. Carstar at 272nd kept me updated on the status of the repairs every step of the way. While sourcing parts must be challenging at times, especially for a 2010 vehicle, I thought the repairs were done timely. The staff at Carstar at 272nd was always professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs! Thank you.
