Alana coordinated service with Buckys Muffler in Federal Way. Dean was great, he communicated that a shield over the catalytic converter was important and he had one in-stock. He was able to fix the converter and shield in one day. He is friendly, helpful and good service. Unfortunately insurance will not cover the catalytic converter cover if it is not originally on the car. Now I have a cover and deterrent from thief, hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Caring, Alana was caring and sincere when I explained my car was vandalized and the catalytic converter was stolen. She used her resources and quickly and efficiently got my car to Buckys who had parts readily available for a timely turnaround. Other shops were scheduled out 2-3 weeks and she was able to get me back on the road in 2 days. I called her on Tuesday and had my car by Thursday, amazing. They will bill insurance, I just paid them my deductible. The staff is friendly, caring and efficient. I highly recommend the staff at Carstar@272... efficient

I'm waiting for things that are on back order and I just noticed on my back bumper I am missing my trailer hitch cover and I noticed that when I'm driving I swear a lot it could be due to the alignment but I am not sure so I'm really not complaining I am happy with the way the car looks

I found leftover bowls in my front seat and there was a part that was put on my back bumper that wasn’t part of my truck when I opened up my truck tailgate I found the part that was supposed to be there in the target

I went to get my bumper fixed. While I was happy to have a decent priced quote, I was disappointed I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be 100 percent. This is a new car to me and I would have been happy to pay an extra $100 to get the bumper fixed correctly. It doesn’t look great:/
