Everyone was very nice, informative, and made the process so easy! The whole ordeal dealing with the insurance was anxiety-inducing for me, but between the ladies at the front desk and the rental company, everything went smoothly, and I barely had to miss any work! They made me feel at ease, and gave me some insight. The Carstar pros even got me my car back a day earlier than expected! She looks great, and I'm very glad I went with Carstar.

After talking to Bob at the federal way store I felt very confident they were to correct place to fix my car the 272nd st shop was very professional and clean and the staff took the time to listen to my issues very very happy with the car now and I also like the text messages with the billing available to me makes everything transparent to the customer!!
