Noemi and Susie were both amazing! Noemi was super informative and always kept me up to date. I had 1000 questions for her and she answered every single one and she was very patient with me. Susie told me exactly what would happen to my truck and it came out perfect not one imperfection. I feel like the truck came back to me even better than factory! The people working behind the desk were fantastic, followed up with messaged and let me know where everything was during the repair. Repair was fantastic. The back end looks like nothing ever happened and actually looked better than it was when I bought the car in 2016.

Auto Star’s body work service was a great experience from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating with scheduling. When I had to return for a minor issue, they handled it quickly and without any hassle. Julissa at the front desk was very helpful in setting up my visit, and Joanna even stayed late so I could pick up my car that day. On a follow-up visit, the production manager went out of his way to help me—even when I forgot my car key—and got me taken care of quickly. Overall, the process was smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Thank you!
