I had a great experience with this body shop. The repair was completed very quickly, and the team was extremely patient and detailed in answering all of my questions throughout the process. I especially appreciated how well they protected my car’s interior. I have a white interior, and they took great care to keep everything clean and in excellent condition during the repair. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff.

I picked up my car from the body shop Friday afternoon and there are now numerous issues with the car. My front passenger door won't open from the inside. Rear passenger door handle has scratches in it (they ordered a new one) and is rubbing on the door. Drivers side front door plate (black anodized aluminum) has scratches and a dent in it. Drivers side front door handle is now squeaking when opened. Fender is still bent in the fender-well. Paint has flaws/dimples in it probably from dust/unclean surface when painting. Also flap is hanging under vehicle.

When I initially noticed the scratches on the rear door handle the shop guy tried to say they were already there (which was a lie) when photos were reviewed I believe they realized they were not there when the car was dropped off. Thankfully they ordered a new door handle for the car. Unfortunately after getting the car home I noticed other issues caused by the body shop and poor workmanship.

The quality is delivered. The appointment process was not efficient. I called twice to inquire and no calls back. Finally, j received a quote when I stopped by.
