I had a great experience at CARSTAR AUTOSPACE COLL, they repaired my car the day they said it would be done. They did a pretty good job on the repairs.

Car dropped off Aug 5th for two weeks of work, due to be picked up on Aug 19th. Feedback from AUTOSPACE was that all work was progressing for an on time completion date of Aug 19th. Then, communication and updates ended. I received NO updates. I had to call to see if the car was going to be ready, on Aug 18th, on my own. The update was NO! I was told it would NOT be ready. The car was in the facility for over 14 days (2 weeks) and only due to my insistence was it available and complete on Aug 24, 19 days after I dropped it off. I consider this unacceptable!

Any information on the Aug 19th completion date went by the wayside. Nice text updates stopped completely without notice or explanation. Missing parts of wheel well found in front door storage area on both driver and passenger sides. A complete job would have found them properly secured to their assigned spots, but this was not done at all. I consider this poor service.

Parts for front right and left wheelwells found in the storage area of driver side and passenger side doors.Evidently these parts were taken out so the wheel well could be moved or removed, but never put back where they belonged ( pictures available)

Car setup and promised Aug 19th but that never happened. Only upon my insistence was I able to pick up my vehicle on Aug 24th, after no notice of delay in finishing up this job. Poor customer service was given to me after waiting 14 days!

My SUV was hit & scraped along the entire driver's side. My insurance recommended Carstar & I couldn't be more satisfied. You assured me you would do everything possible to meet my deadline for an upcoming trip. Myra kept me updated with a welcoming smile and continued hopeful progress. The repair was completed on time & my car looked brand new! I will highly recommend Carstar to anyone who is in need of autobody work. Thank you all for a job well done!
