They aren’t professional and they are very dry when you speak with them. They kept my a total of 8 weeks. They left paint overspray on my front windshield and on face of the radio. I later discovered when I tried to clean my windshield the wiper came off they didn’t put it back on right, the head visors were very dirty and gritty I cleaned them. You would think they after making almost $14,000 that they would wash the car and shine it up so it would look like they actually cared or make the customer feel good. That’s what people do at the car lot when you have some work done. Now I have to go back to them to correct their flaws. I am not happy because they did a messy job. They expect me to drop my car off to clean up their mess; why do I have to leave the car for that? I think maybe because I’m a woman and my skin color. It’s disappointing and depressing because I spent too much money on rental cars waiting on them while they took their time and they want to act like they don’t know what I’m talking about when I addressed the sloppy job. I’m afraid to take it back now. I feel like they might be mad and do something to it and I wouldn’t know until later. I picked this shop because of the name “ CARSTAR “ but they don’t live up to their name. The overall quality of their work is unprofessional. I’m just saying maybe it’s because I didn’t look right to them.

No isieron el trabajo completo, al sacar la camioneta de Carstar tenia problemas regrese a Carstar lo checaron, dijeron que no era parte del accident los problemas, lleve la camioneta a Town is Ford los problemas si tenian que ver con el golpe.
