JR was an absolute disappointment. Reaching out to introduce himself via text, and then spending weeks never responding to any text messages when I was asking for updates. Only calling randomly to give me excuse after excuse over the phone. Don't introduce yourself via text if you aren't going to respond and engage in any messages beyond that point.

I couldn’t be happier. They fixed my front panel and it is absolutely perfect. My car looks absolutely brand new. They even cleaned and detailed my car entirely while it was there. These guys do great business, then go above and beyond.
