I had a great experience here I've never had to bring my vehicle to a collision repair and I have to say I dont think I would go anywhere else. Jasmin at the front desk was very helpful and walked me through everything had every answer to my question as well as the staff around were polite the fact that I had to bring my vehicle to get repaired because of another driver was all an inconvenience but they fixed everything up and even washed the car and made it look all brand new I recommended this shop to anyone who's looking for a shop for repair they even have some nice stuff to offer on the side .

I called Big Tex on January 12 regarding an issue with my driver-side rear light and spoke with Z. He asked me to bring the car in that afternoon so they could take a look. Within 15 minutes, the light was fixed, and I was back on the road—very satisfied! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Awesome experience!! From the moment I stepped in to the office I was treated with respect, they all made me feel like they were focused on my visit there, they listened to my problem, kindly and with a lot of empathy addressed all my questions and concerns. The staff in the office is very knowledgeable and, Their customer Service is top notch. For me personally it is the most important thing. The greetings, the follow up all the way to the completion and the delivery of the final paperwork was an A plus detail on my peace of mind. In did was a well done job.
