I am very disappointed. I’ve taken my car back three times. The tailgate wouldn’t shut properly, wasn’t washed., he said Bring it in. We gonna wash it, but they wiped it off. The letters they charge for chrome the SV. and Rogue are plastic also falling off . She said she’s ordered some new symbols last Thursday, but today is Monday. I haven’t heard from them.. they kept my car 30 days taking parts off of the old tailgate that was damage and put parts on the new tailgate. I think they should have accommodated me with some of the rental because that wasn’t my fault. The guy put the wrong part on and also they stated they couldn’t send it back because it had been 30 days so they had to take parts off of mine damage tailgate, but charge the insurance company. Please look into this matter, thank you for your concern and assisting me in this matter.. Tammy Adams 214-498-4846 Also I had to show them the back wiper was on backwards.
