My only issue was the detailing folks did not do a great job. Almost wish they didn't clean it at all. My car still smells heavily of cleaning products and my brand new center console screen (it was replaced within the year due to a recall issue) had liquid in it. It wouldn't work right for a couple of days. I'm hoping there is no permanent damage.

Phone: Samantha and Courtney were very nice and courteous on the phone. Courtney: For the service, you cannot get anyone better than Courtney. She is good listener. She listened at the beginning, she listened at the delivery. She was then able to give me some ideas like where to find the color code of paint on my car. The gentleman who came to advise Courtney is also very nice and warm. She was friendly and genuine. The body shop workers: I did not see them, but I appreciate their work. It is well done.
