I picked up my vehicle from the repair facility on June 19th, and the shop inflicated fresh, clear-coat scratch damage to the driver's side panels during reassembly. Currently in discussions with the shop manager to resolve this through a detailing approach.

Courtney and all of the staff were kind, professional, and communicated effectively. I was always in the loop. I don’t know everyone’s name to recognize them personally, but every encounter was a good one. People seem happy and proud to work there and that is very valuable for ensuring consumer confidence.

I cannot overstate how happy we are with our experience at CARSTAR. From our first conversation with Courtney, we knew they knew what they were doing. They did a detailed inspection of the car and documented the damage. The estimated time they would need to keep the car was 5 business days, but it was ready in only 3 days. When we went to pick it up, they had completely detailed the car inside and out. We hope we never need to use their services again, but if we do, Carstar is where we'll go.
