I cannot overstate how happy we are with our experience at CARSTAR. From our first conversation with Courtney, we knew they knew what they were doing. They did a detailed inspection of the car and documented the damage. The estimated time they would need to keep the car was 5 business days, but it was ready in only 3 days. When we went to pick it up, they had completely detailed the car inside and out. We hope we never need to use their services again, but if we do, Carstar is where we'll go.

My car was returned to me with the hatch misaligned. I have to return it to get the job completed.

Some issues with my vehicle resulted in the hatch not aligning properly with the car. This was noted by the team, but when I was about to get the issue resolved with Tesla, I was assured the final result would be fine due to an adjustment that was made while I was still at the shop. Ultimately the job was not aligned well. I would have preferred that the job was rejected until the car could have been adjusted if they couldn't do a good job in the state it was in.
