Katie was beyond exceptional from the moment we called. After being rear-ended, we ran into a lot of issues dealing with the other driver’s insurance, but Katie constantly went to bat for us and kept everything moving. She made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. We had our Tesla back within just a couple of days, and the quality of the work was incredible. The body work was flawless, and the paint honestly looks even better than the original. Can’t say enough good things about Carstar and the entire team. Highly recommend!
