Office staff were very helpful. They let me know what they were going to do and went over everything with me. I was receiving text messages daily giving me updates.

Good quality body work, but questionable service. My battery stand was left unsecured, resulting in battery acid being sprayed around the engine compartment, & my having to replace my battery. My mechanic confirmed this when I took the car in the following Monday. Also, I was given a car status update for someone else’s car, & then was called back and informed that my car was going to be ready that day after all. I won’t be returning to this shop.

Although the body work was done well, service and double-checking were poor. My battery stand was left unsecured, which I only found out after most of the battery fluid had been sprayed out in the engine compartment (confirmed by my mechanic the following Monday). I was also called & given the status update of the wrong car, initially leaving me expecting my car to be unavailable until the following week. Not a good experience overall, and I will not return to or recommend this outfit.
