Highly recommend carstar bothell. They provided timely updates every 1-2 days, were super helpful and accurate on timing and all details. They even washed my car so it was sparkly clean when I picked it up!! They also did great work, like it never even happened.

Not satisfied. The replacement antenna fin had a rubber around it which was not present around the original fin (so most likely OEM antenna fin was not installed). The dent/slight bent on either side of the fin although worked on was still not completely removed. One of the panels in the trunk (behind the driver side and the third row) was not properly attached. The car was given back in dirty condition and the rear driver side tire was punctured. The rear AC wasn’t working the first day but it started working the following day. Finally, there were tiny red spiders crawling in the car.
