I was super pleased with my service. CARSTARs team helped me with my recent insurance claim but also worked with me to replace my fender I have needed to replace for years. The pricing is fair and the team produced a work of art, turning my car to look brand new again. They often call an keep you updated on the timeline towards completion. I would work with them again in the future.

CARSTAR in bothell made this whole experience seamless for me. They worked directly with insurance to get everything covered, helped get me into a rental, kept me updated regularly while they were working on my car, and gave me my car back looking good as new. Everything was done quickly and it did not take more than a few minutes out of my day to get set up ant the start and receive the car at the end. 10/10, I’ll be using them again if anything ever happens to my car again.
