when I got ready to leave I looked it over and there were 3 obvious scratches on the brand new bumper .... Explained in more detail on another question. Also my tracker for the vehicle was removed to run diagnostics but then never put back in.... just left in the middle "console" area..

There was zero communication for almost 3 months after I first brought the van in for the estimate, to the time that the bumper, which was on back order, was actually ordered and then delivered. Then it took another 2 weeks I believe to actually get an appt because they didn't give me any kind of priority after waiting 3 months. On top of that no one bothered to check the bumper that was ordered until it was time to install it; but turns out after all that it was THE WRONG BUMPER! Then I had to wait 2 MORE weeks after all other repairs were complete before they finally got the new bumper and then I got a call saying that it would be 3-4 more days after that before I would get my van back. Horrible! If it weren't for the awesome experience I have had in the past on my personal vehicle and the front desk person, Jennifer, I would NOT come back here at all.

They were all very, very professional, they inform me along the way what was happening to the car that parts were being ordered then they called me and told me that that the car was almost ready! They worked quickly and did a great job! Car looked like new!!
