My only suggestion would be to schedule both the estimate and the work up front. When I booked the first appt 2 weeks out, I thought I was dropping it off for repair, but that was just the estimate. Then I had to wait another 2 weeks to drop off for the repair. I feel we could have saved some time in between, or at least set expectations.
