From the time of dropping the car off to picking it up after repairs went smooth. I was able to get my car in for repairs within a month of having the estimate completed. They kept me updated on the status of my car repairs once they started the work. When I picked my car up it was nice and clean and felt almost brand new. Everyone I spoke with in the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful.

With the experience I had, I would not recommend CarStar Bothell to anyone. Many times customers just want to hear that they are sorry about what happened and just admit their mistake. I would have let go of the damages that were caused during repair which eventually I did let it go because of all the stress to deal with conflicts.

The first time repair was really bad. The paint had debris in it all over the door, there was also blemishes in white paint which was clearly visible as a 3-4 inches long pink color line. There was damage done on few things during the repair which were not acknowledged and fixed even after raising it up. Repaint job was good, but my original bill went up by more than $1200 and explanation I got was "We always break things and we have to charge for it". The repaint was because of the lousy job the first time, so any expense related to the repair should be bore by CarStar and should not be charged to me or my insurance. The person I was dealing with literally said "Go deal with your insurance company"

The person I was dealing with was continuously pushing back on everything and I had to take stress on myself to deal with it. I'm very reasonable person and do not like to fight or argue. These kinds of conflicts are very stressful for me. So, to avoid that I had to let go of few damages that were done during repair which were not fixed. But the limit was when CS person litererally said "go take a hike" essentially told me to deal with my insurance company and they cannot do anything. This was because the repaint job increased the total bill by more than $1200 which is not fair. The repaint job was required due to the lousy job done the first time, so the bill should not increase because you had to repaint due to bad job.

Everyone at CARSTAR is very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous dropping off my car to get the repairs done since I’ve had incidents with other shops. But when i got my car back it looked amazing inside and out! I felt like I got a brand new car with how great of a job they did! Thank you CARSTAR for making this experience easy and simple.

Repair done in a very short time. Good painting job and excellent customer service. I think that the rental car process should be improved. I was quoted a different price for my rental and when I called to their attention they argued with me and kept my deposit. They were going to talk to their manager the following day but unfortunately they never got back to me or did any type of follow up. Not happy at all with their service.
