I contacted three businesses for our recent auto repair, and Carstar of Bothell was the quickest to respond and had the best, friendliest customer service. Their price quote was also slightly lower than the others. David Nguyen handled our initial inspection - he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, listening to our concerns and taking notes on the car's problems. Throughout the repair process, he called with frequent updates about progress or to let us know if they had to order new parts. We appreciated the personalized touch and attention to detail. The vehicle was finished on schedule with no hidden costs. It was even returned with the low tire filled! We were impressed with their service, and the car looks great! (front bumper repair and air fascia replacement)

CARSTAR gave wonderful service from the time I first dropped off the car until pick up. Communication was excellent thru out the process.
