My only ask is faster follow up on email. We had sent an Email to confirm repair work and had to call a few weeks later to actually get the repair scheduled. Once scheduled things went quick and well

Les informé que la luz de atrás del pasajero donde fue el accidente no estaba funcionando, y hoy al salir he tenido problemas con mi carro por no poder manejar lo de noche al no funcionar la luz . Debo devolver mi carro para que lo terminen SU REPARACION, después de 2 semanas de haber estado para que sea completamente reparado. PREFIERO ESCRIBIR EN ESPAÑOL

State Farm took me to this workshop, it does not have a Balancing service.Customer couldve gotten into another accident due to now checking in the first place.

very bad experience: 1. I leave the workshop and the tire light turns on (I called them to warn them); 2 The right rear light DOES NOT turn on (having notified them); 3 The trunk did NOT open. I return the car with the demand for complete repair, alignment and balancing, resulting in the axel being damaged and the part will arrive on February 14.
