Kayla was especially great to work with during the estimate and claims process—professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. The staff at the center were very polite and prompt with responding. Didn't have long wait. If there was a way for them to know when the parts would arrive they didn't have to hold the car while waiting for parts

Everything was wonderful from my initial meeting with Kayla, who was superb in her explaining every detail of what they would do to fix my car and then give me a fair estimate of what it would cost. I was paying out of pocket. She was a delight, texting me every day with updates. I picked up my car yesterday. It looks brand new. I am delightfully happy with Carstar. You are my angels. And Kayla is a gem.
