My experience with CARSTAR was great thanks to Kayla. She went above and beyond to make sure my car got fixed and the results were great! I was told it would be finished on Friday 17 then 1/20 at 4:30. At about 2pm i got a call Saying it would not be ready until next day At noon. I that point i was on my way to turn in my rental car. Unsettling !!! Work was well Done get the timing better thanks

I was so very pleased with the service I received from CarStar. Kayla was so amazing throughout the entire process by keeping me informed daily as to what was being done, anything to do with my insurance company was handled so well, she let me know when parts came in, and took me through every step of the way with her giving such wonderful customer service! The paint job makes the front end of the car look like new! I would absolutely recommend CarStar as the BEST place to have your car repaired. Extremely satisfied!
