I was very pleased with my whole overall experience and repairs on my car!! Mono was so friendly, courteous; knowledgeable and even delivered my car to my home and took back my car rental to Enterprise! I am home sick and this was above and beyond normal service in my estimation. Mono is a real asset for Car Star Capital Collision! I would highly recommend them for FAST, and exemplary service!!

I recently had some damage to my front fender and worked with Mono to get everything taken care of. From the start, he clearly explained the repair process, what the work would look like, and the expected timeline once I gave the green light. Mono was respectful, funny, and very informative throughout the entire process. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He was also friendly, honest, and stayed on top of communication and coordination. I definitely recommend working with Mono if you need repairs done.

They gave me an estimate of 14 days to have my vehicle back and it for me seemed a little excessive. Even though I agreed to this, it still took even longer than that. They were 5 days over the agreed period. I do agree that they did a great job on my repair, it just took longer than expected.
