They were very apologetic when they realized my car wasn’t done and I was going to have to wait a few more days but was told I would get it back on Tuesday and I actually got the car back on Monday so was very happy.

I actually went to three shops for a quote prior to deciding to use Capitol, I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the staff and have a level set on the work that needed to be done. The decision to do business with Capitol was based on the service I received when I walked in the door for the quote. The staff Rebecca and a dark haired gentleman (sorry name escapes me) were so pleasant and attentive. The quote was provided quickly and the explanation of the work to be done was clear. In addition, as other staff walked out of the back offices, they too were friendly and pleasant. It made me think that they loved where they work. When I called to check on the car, they knew my car strictly by my name. When the car was not ready, they offered to call the rental car agency to let them know so I didn't have to do so. I would certainly come back and tell friends because my experience so far has been great!
