My experience at carstar was very great. The process was explained to me very thoroughly and they were a great choice. They were very helpful with my questions and even provided me a rental. So I was able to still be mobile during the process. Considering my insurance was quite a bit frustrating they made me get through it all. My car came out really great and I am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Ask for Edward 5 star service for sure 😁

I'm a returning customer, and CARSTAR was a good experience. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, making the process easy to understand. They did an excellent job fixing my car, and it looked as good as new when I picked it up. Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected, they kept me updated and were transparent about the delay. The cost was fair, and they worked well with my insurance company, which made things stress-free. Overall, I was happy with the quality of service and would recommend them to others. I would like to thank and for most to Russell, who helped me and updated me on all the processes that were happening to my car. I appreciate each and every staff who took the time too make my concerns are answered and took the time to update me.
