This business is genuinely outstanding. The best vehicle body shop! My automobile was involved in an accident. The driver's and second-row doors were also damaged. I visited several body shops to get a cost estimate for the repairs I would be paying for out of pocket. CarStar not only provided me the greatest pricing, but they also have a car rental service you may use while your vehicle is being repaired. This obviously reflects the company's dedication to excellence and great client service. I'd also like to praise the personnel for being really attentive and professional. Eddie is who I worked with at CarStar. He was the point person from start to finish. He described the job that will be done as well as the time frame for completing it. Eddie is friendly and a valuable asset to the company. I took use of their car service. There are no better rates anywhere else... one-stop-shop! Finally, the quality of their work is exceptional. The doors appeared pristine!! I couldn't be happier with work they did. My car looked to have been completely cleaned inside and out. Nobody ever hopes to be involved in an accident. All the accessories for my car are very cheap and not original. I asked why not use original ones? Their staff replied that the insurance company’s staff did not agree with the use of good accessories, so all original accessories were rejected by them. Replace with bad accessories. The damage done to my car has been irreparable and now it has been replaced with bad parts. Feeling very bad. I have complained to the insurance company about this today, but the people from the insurance company said to contact Chad. I have already sent an EMLL to Chad.

My car was insured around September 10th, and the insurance company helped me designate his home to repair the car for me. I went to his home, and they asked me to sign various things. They said that signing does not mean that it must be at their home. repair. So, I wanted to repair my car in another city for other reasons. When I called the insurance company, the insurance company said that CS car master san gabriel had made a different budget and the other party's insurance company had already paid the compensation. This amount of money. There was no other way, so I drove the car to this car dealership around November 10th. From the time I went to this dealership in September to the second time I came to the dealership in November, I repeatedly asked for original manufacturer parts for my car. They gave me a definite answer. But the time they needed to repair my car was delayed from 3-4 days to 7 days, and then from 7 days to 15 days. When I finally went to pick up the car, I found different damaged parts on the lights and other places. They asked me to wait while their staff brought gauze to polish the damaged parts. I asked them why they didn't replace me with original parts? If it is an original accessory there will be no problem. But they said: They also want to use expensive accessories, but the insurance company is not willing to let me use them. I am very depressed, why is my car not given the best parts when it was hit like this and suffered a lot of damage? I regret. I am a long-term customer of yours, and this time I had a terrible experience. As your customer, I requested to use original manufacturer parts. The trunk is of very poor quality and makes a loud noise when the lid is down. It's bad, I believe that in the near future the paint on the outside will peel off and reveal the ugliest parts. Therefore, I, as your customer, demand the best repair service for me. I also complained that the car repair shop made unrealistic quotes for my car without authorization, and I was unable to get the best and correct repairs at other car repair shops. And it delays my work time. This causes great losses and trouble.
