The whole experience with Carstar Champions was phenomenal! The repair happened within 2-3 days, super stoked about that. The customer service was so welcoming and efficient. When the car was returned, it was in such good shape! It was washed, vacuumed, buffed. Just a really great experience. Super shout out to Josie for her gentle service and care. The office staff was so nice. Mrs. Karen kept me informed throughout the entire process; she even offered me a doughnut. I loved how inviting the ladies in the front were. I love Karen!
