When you walk in the door, they met you at the door. All the girls were very friendly, courteous as well as professional. When I brought my truck in for repairs, they said it would be done by May 20th and much to my surprise it was right on time. Should I need any further body repairs. You can bet I will be using this shop. I will also let my friends and family know about y'all.

I had to come back to CARSTAR (Champions) after accidentally hitting my own garage, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Not exactly the kind of return visit anyone wants—but if you’re going to need repairs, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and completely on top of everything. They handled my situation with zero judgment (which I appreciated more than they know!) and got straight to work making sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and correctly. The quality of the repair was outstanding—my car looks like nothing ever happened. Communication was clear the entire time, and they made the process smooth and stress-free, which is huge when you're already dealing with the frustration of an accident (even a garage vs. car situation like mine!). What really stands out is the consistency. It’s one thing to have a good experience once—but coming back and receiving that same level of care, professionalism, and quality again says everything about this team. Highly recommend CARSTAR Champions if you want honest, reliable service and top-tier results. Hopefully I don’t need them again anytime soon—but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going!

Your staff is always friendly and essy to talk to. Communication is great, much better than other shops I used in the past. Quality of work is excellent and amazing considering how quickly you can finish a repair. I will be back with other cars.
