I wasn’t happy with the way the shop handled the repaired problems with my car and the insurance. One of the issues was the shop told Allstate that the left rear panel damages on my car was not related to the accident and she said if it is, then I need to contact the insurance company. She didn’t call to check with me about it. I had to call Allstate and tell them the damage was related to the accident. On the day I came to the shop to pick up my car, the steering wheel was not working properly. It made noises and kind of stiff when I tried to make a turn. I left my car in front of their office so they could check on it next day. Nobody from the shop called me the next day to inform me about my car. I called them and then they told me they have contacted Allstate. The problems were resolved by the end but I have to call and follow up with the shop and Allstate insurance company.
