Chilton Autobody provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. Their staff was incredibly courteous and customer-focused, making me feel valued throughout the process. They were accommodating, professional, punctual, and efficient in handling my SUV repairs. I had a disappointing experience when GEICO’s agent failed to secure a similar vehicle before dropping off my SUV. However, Chilton Autobody went above and beyond to allow me to stay onsite and resolve the matter with GEICO and the car rental lots. After resolving the issue (which took over two hours), I was exhausted. Despite my exhaustion, Chilton Autobody was empathetic and reassured me that their projected service timeline was accurate. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely use Chilton Autobody again if needed. I highly recommend them to others.
