Lena was professional and courteous from the first time I spoke to her, and remained as such while my car was being repaired. Receiving texts giving me updates on the status of my car along the way were very helpful. The repaired part of my car looks like new.

White spots on hood and bubbling on inner fender. Gap in inner fender paint coverage. Electrical system and license plate light were damaged.

This team is an exceptional bunch. Ms. Lina was my first point of contact and she was amazing in helping me feel comfortable and confident that my car would be taken care of. She communicated with me every step of the way, updated me with text messages at various stages of repair and never made me feel rushed when I called with any inquiries. Carlos, help assure me that he’d be either working on or overseeing the repairs every step on the wayand that my car would be in good hands. Paul made sure to assure me that while my work scheduled did not align with me picking up my car the moment that it was ready, that it’d be here waiting to go home with me once I was done. Thank you all so much including the team behind the scenes that I didn’t meet for exceeding my expectations. My car looks amazing. I wasn’t expecting it but my car was all clean and shiny when I picked it up. Looked like I just drove off the dealership. You guys are amazing

When I went to pick up my car, I noticed two things wrong with the rear bumper. So they had to fix it and I had to come back a second time to get it. So quality control was lacking. Other than that, it was good.

They did a wonderful job on the repairs. The only thing that concerned me is that they do not put in the manufactures coolant fluid. They use a universal fluid. That may or may not be ok for your vehicle. But I would definitely recommend them for quality repairs.
