I had issues with the insurance company not providing me with feedback and not communicating with CarStar. CarStar was very transparent and did their best to keep me in the loop helping me through a frustrating process. In the end I’m very happy with how I was treated and how my car turned out.

There was an extra $1000 worth of unpredicted work I only learned about when picking the car up. Also the rearview mirror is loose now and the mirror assembly was left incomplete with a part just sitting in the cup holder when I picked the car up. Aside from the above the job was well done.

This wasn’t a great experience overall. There was an extra thousand dollars worth of repairs due to a third party involvement that I wasn’t told about until I picked the car up. In addition, the rearview mirror was left loose and the channel that is supposed to conceal the wiring was just left in a cupholder with the wiring dangling out. I was supposed to be contacted Monday to find a time to bring it back in, but I still have not heard from the shop. There’s also a significant imperfection in the paint job that was done that I didn’t observe when I picked it up because it was raining heavily so I didn’t have the attention span or the visibility to notice it. Aside from that the work was good and the staff friendly, but there was enough that I didn’t appreciate that I can’t recommend this location.
