My flight was delayed getting home Sunday night and subsequently had a late arrival at the Carstar. I was able to call the call center Sunday night late and notify them of my pending late arrival. It was a great feeling to know I could contact someone in the middle of the night and feel confident the message would get passed along.

Actual repair work was cosmetically perfect, very happy especially with the wheel repair. However, steering wheel was left off center, and have an undercarriage rattle, so not 100 percent happy with the suspension/ alignment part of the repair

I am concerned about the rattle but after bringing the car back once to have the steering wheel centered I'm afraid to be labelled one of "those guys"
