The repairs to my vehicle were done incorrectly (again). I showed the issues to carstar and the manager lisa. I was promised a call yesterday to schedule the work. No call. This is the 2nd time I brought my vehicle to carstar. Both times, I had to return to fix their own work.

I picked up my vehicle on July 24, but after driving it home I immediately noticed several issues. The steering wheel is no longer centered, the vehicle only drives straight when the steering wheel is held slightly to the right, and the steering feels noticeably lighter than before the repair. The EyeSight warning lights are also still on. In addition, I noticed the passenger-side mirror cover is now missing a small piece. I have already contacted the shop and hope these issues can be resolved as soon as possible. At this time, I cannot say I am satisfied with the repair.

I picked up my vehicle on July 24 at around 5:00 PM. After driving it home, I immediately noticed several issues that I would like to have inspected: * The steering wheel is no longer centered. I have to hold it slightly to the right for the vehicle to drive straight. When the steering wheel is centered, the vehicle pulls to one side. * The steering feels noticeably lighter than before the repair. * The EyeSight warning lights are still on. * The windshield wipers now produce significantly more noise and vibration during operation than they did before the repair. * I also noticed that the passenger-side mirror cover is now missing a small piece. Before the repair, it already had a crack, but no pieces were missing. I have a previous Subaru inspection report documenting the crack before this repair. Since part of the cover is now missing, I’m concerned that rain or water from car washes could enter the mirror assembly.
