Everyone was very nice, and Mason was especially considerate in getting me in and out of your truck safely. This involved a small step stool, and his personally helping me in and out. That truck sits rather high, and is hard for us older folks to get in and out of it easily.

Not only was the work excellent, but the office staff was great and communications were so timely and reliable. Professional and friendly. Shout outs to Yev, Rae and one other colleague whose name I didn't get. She was very helpful when the desk was busy.

The car was kept for longer than originally stated and the quote was also much higher than originally quoted. However, the most frustrating part was picking up my car only to find that a section was not buffed/repaired, a tire light was on and we need to figure out if it was punctured and the driver side windshield has a new tiny chip. I will have to call out of work again to get the repairs completed and wait for it at the shop. Was also told the shop was overbooked when I wanted to return with the car so I had to schedule the repairs that should never have been my concern at a later date. A bit of a disappointing experience thus far. Hopefully it will be taken care of quickly.
