The car was kept for longer than originally stated and the quote was also much higher than originally quoted. However, the most frustrating part was picking up my car only to find that a section was not buffed/repaired, a tire light was on and we need to figure out if it was punctured and the driver side windshield has a new tiny chip. I will have to call out of work again to get the repairs completed and wait for it at the shop. Was also told the shop was overbooked when I wanted to return with the car so I had to schedule the repairs that should never have been my concern at a later date. A bit of a disappointing experience thus far. Hopefully it will be taken care of quickly.
