My experience was a NIGHTMARE! I was promised my vehicle would be given priority which was a must for me as my son was going to back to school BUT it was one excuse after another which I found to be outright deceitful and dishonest- they first blamed the adjuster because he had not approved supplemental repairs which was a lie - he approved that same day- (so it sat there an extra 3 days!!) the only reason I gave them 5 stars was that because body work was deceit and the front desk staff was always very courteous - they even wanted to charge me 4% credit card fee for using my DEBIT card which is against the law in Texas - overall a TERRIBLE ORDEAL! It is pathetic when a business uses lies and deceit to get your business with no intent to deliver!!!

The staff were so helpful and always answered and updated me on the progress of my car repair via text and call. Just received my car and things looks good. Really felt like they cared about their customers!! I don’t ever wish to get into an accident again but if I did, I would definitely go back to CARSTAR.

I really appreciate them communicating updates of the car status with me; it helped me coordinate my rental time. Repair is almost seamless. Color match was on point. Obviously care for their work is seen. I hope I never get into an accident again, but if I needed such repair I would not hesitate to take my car to them again—neither would I hesitate to recommend them to others!

I am disabled, so I don’t wash my car often, but I noticed that when he got washed the black paint on the car that we have always kept impeccable has a lot of spots that do not come off and some are even discarded like a light or dark pink spots it is also where I open the door and it’s on the hood and on the sides of the vehicle I would like to be contacted to take care of this matter thank you.
