I was VERY impressed with the repairs on my truck. The staff is very professional and keep you informed on the repairs. Ariana is very courteous and Luciano is always available to answer your questions. I HIGHLY recommend Carstar Collision. My vehicle was finished when they said. We are grateful to have an honest place where you can trust that the best parts will be put on your vehicle and in the correct manner. To top it off, they detailed my truck and it looked brand new. The first time we went to pick up our truck there was a lot of overspray. They did work on it to correct it. The gentleman called me at 5 o’clock to let me know it was ready. I told him I was on the way, we arrived at 5:34 they were closed. It would’ve been nice if he told us we close at 5:30 (which is an odd time). or call us and say we know you’re on the way we’re about to close.

I find my steering wheel is harder to turn but I’m not sure it has anything to do with the work done to it. Other wise I’m happy with the work done.

I need to bring the vehicle back. After getting home and taking a long look at the work, I noticed several imperfections. There’s a large paint drip on the bumper, even after you had already pulled it and repainted it again. There are large gaps where fender meets the bumper on one side, and on the other, it is super tight. There is a large gap on the passenger side hood, between the hood and the top of the fender. I’ll reach out to you, or swing by so you can take a look at it and see what what needs be done.

A++ experience due to Luciano, he explained the whole process and was always available on the phone to answer all my question. They used OEM parts & Price was reasonable
