I am an insurance agent and i would tell my customers to use Carstar. I.willno longer do so.

There is orange peel all over. They left a dent in the door. They didnt put the running board on straight or tightly. There is over spray on the edge of the door that it feels like its going to cut my hand . I complained and the guy told me I could came back that week. Now they are telling me only 1 guys can fix my truck and he is on vacation. I dropped my truck off Augst 3rd. And it seems like it was rushed because te 1 guy who coukd do this was going on vacation. I work for an insurance agency. I will not refer business to Car Star and its really sad because Ted Washburn is an amazing guy.

Everyone at the place was great. The initial repair was not at the standard I have come to expect from Carstar, however they figured it out and now the truck looks great. It was a little inconvenient, but it all worked out in the end. Great customer service helped make the issue much more understandable and less concerning.
