My vehicle required close to $20k in repairs and what I was presented with was a car that was not put together correctly and displayed what poor workmanship this specific shop produces. I refused delivery and called my insurance company. Panels were not put on the car properly causing gaps double the size of the un-repaired side of my vehicle. The paint does not match, it’s a completely different color and texture than the rest of the vehicle that was unaffected. The roof welds look terrible and were not done properly causing leaking in the cabin. My back seat window was never replaced however there are very visible gouges on the outside of it (my car was in new condition when it was hit). The trim piece under my door is now cracked and flapping while driving. Sure their work is warrantied, however i will not be taking my vehicle back to them. The workmanship is shoddy at best. If you have small repair- maybe you will be lucky. But anything over a few thousand in repairs- go elsewhere. You will not receive quality work here.

Carstar was wonderful to work with. I was kept up to date and everyone was extremely courteous, professional and kind. I dealt primarily with Karlyn and Tyler and they were both wonderful. The gentleman who towed my car to shop on 8/3/26 was great as well. 10/10 service

I was immediately informed of some additional work that was required. I feel this should have been noticed during the estimate. In total my bill was 30% more than what I was quoted.
