You have a great employee in Carrie. She was SO helpful to me. She saw I was nervous and so skillfully helped me navigate this experience. She is a great asset to your company. And the car looks good. But lots of people can repair a car. To see that a customer was nervous and upset and calm her down and offer her another chance- that's fantastic service and not many people can do that.
