First of all the communications that was provided on a daily basis was simply Awesome! Upon picking up the car after the repair I was told that there repair had a lifetime warranty as long as we owned the car. That in itself says volumes about the quality of workmanship that Carstar is able to provide. Thank you!

The service by carstar was fantastic. For travelers, the claim process was good but I was surprised that i had to pay $500 since this is the first time I'm filing a claim in 5 plus years of being with travelers for home and auto insurance

It feels like my car was just thrown together the first time I came to pick it up I noticed the bumper was off 2 inches to the right and the head lights where not alligend properly so I left it and now when I come and pick it up I notice the bumper isn't still lined up properly as well as the fender I just want my car back to its original form and I was trusting that you guys could do that for me
