Overall experience: 10 out 10 stars From the beginning to the end the process was hassle free. The staff was a pleasure to work with. The status updates via text was very helpful in helping me keep track of the process. I was given a delivery date for the repairs to be completed, and my vehicle was ready on that date. The repairs were done extremely well, and you can't tell there was previous damage. I would highly recommend anyone getting repairs done at Carstar.

My passenger seat was laid back as if someone was lounging in it. It’s ok if you want to rest while taking it for a ride but I guess I’d expect the seat to be put back up so it doesn’t look like the workers were hanging out in my vehicle. There was also garbage left in the front of my car.it was only a water bottle but again, who was comfortable enough in my car to leave it this way. In addition to the half a tank of gas that was driven out of my car and not replaced even after discussing it and being told my car was almost ready, it just needs to be ran to the gas station yet I picked it back up with even less gas! If it’s policy that you guys drive cars around and don’t replace gas please make it known. I felt this was a little unprofessional. I’ve worked with Car Star 3 times and this last time was not as great as the others.

The repair was done very well. The ladies on the phone were very nice and helpful. The problem I'm having is that two of my husband's wrenches came up missing from his tool box. Which had been moved from the backseat to front passenger seat. He doesn't loan out his tools. I'm not sure how this matter will be handled All I know is that my husband would like his tools back. Thank you.

My car was damaged by a gentleman backing into my car, (I just purchased it less than three months) so I was not planning on having body work done. Carstar had the work completed in five days, and it was like nothing happened!
